Can tablet devices enhance learning, reading and professional development? This session will trace the first 3 years of the integration of iPads into a career technical classroom and Media Center/School Library setting. Presenters will discuss the iPad Teacher Pilot Project at Polaris Career Center and the teacher-driven professional development program. Specific resources, including a list of apps, hardware and accessories for a successful implementation of iPads will also be shared.
