Saving Art Education Through Game-Making

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Many schools are cutting art education from the curriculum because it does not directly relate to questions on the state mandated tests. Find out why game-making belongs in the art classroom and how the process of game-making develops systems thinking, critical and analytical thinking, evidence based reasoning and problem-solving. Collaborative game-making provides an opportunity to learn skills that contribute to success in the workplace.
