1. Participants will learn practical aspects of using project-based learning to teach molecular biology, with video game design being the project. 2. Participants will learn the basics of writing a Game Design Document. 3. Participants will learn how to apply the principles of good game design to students' science game designs. 4. Participants will also learn practical considerations of inviting a scientist to participate in a multi-week game development project.
